We offer free delivery on orders over $150 and a flat fee of $10 to the North Island and $15 to the South Island for all other orders. Exclusions apply, see below for more information. We deliver nationwide and use Courier Post for most orders and will source a freight option for larger items that are not suitable for a courier. We are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.
Exclusions to our free shipping offer
Free shipping will not be offered to products that are on Preorder. Shipping will be calculated at your time of inquiry and will be determined by where you are located in New Zealand.
There may also be an option to airfreight your item, depending on the urgency and where the product is being sourced from. This will incur an additional cost outside of our free shipping offering. Contact us for more information.
Delivery Time
Dispatch can take up to 3 business days from date of order confirmation, although we will endeavor dispatch daily within our office hours. Please note that many of our items require assembly so dispatch for these items may take longer than this. This will be communicated on the product page and once you have placed your order.
Many of the products on our website are dispatched directly from the supplier so timeframes may differ for these products.
Delivery usually takes between 2-7 business days, Mon-Fri - excluding public holidays - from the date of dispatch although this will vary depending on the size of the product you have ordered and where you are located.

The Universal 2 AquaBUBBLER incorporates universal design principles to enable use by people of all abilities. The side pod allows the necessary clearance underneath for wheelchairs, as well as providing an additional drinking point. The Universal 2 AquaBUBBLER has ergonomic drinking and bottle refill taps, smooth body contours, and is made of durable & high quality materials. It is manufactured and assembled entirely in Australia and is available in a variety of heights and colours.
It is ideal for heavy traffic/high activity areas - where time is limited and demand for having a drink and refilling water bottles is high.

Accessible
The Universal model is designed in accordance with the spirit and intent of the Disability Discrimination Act (1992) (Australia). Because wheelchair heights vary, side pod height can be set to suit the physical needs of your users. Correct height allows just the right amount of clearance beneath the side pod, and presents the tap at an agreeable height creating a comfortable drinking experience.

Mouth Guard
Every AquaBUBBLER tap comes fitted with its own mouth guard, to prevent oral contact with the water outlet, and to block the entry of foreign material (dust, leaves, bird droppings) from the environment. The mouthguard is designed so that any incidental contact with the device is with the cheek of the user not with the mouth. The base material of the Soft Finish mouth guard is a durable food-grade polyurethane, finished in rubber to protect users mouths against accidents arising from collisions.
Vandal and Resistant Proof
With smooth contours and no projecting parts, the Universal AquaBUBBLER is extremely resistant to damage. All tap parts in contact with water are made of Lead Free Safe Brass to keep Drinking Water pure and safe for your users.
