We offer free delivery on orders over $200 and a flat fee of $15 to the North Island and $20 to the South Island for all other orders.

1. Preorder Products
Free shipping will not be offered on products that are on preorder. Shipping will be calculated at the time of your inquiry and will depend on your location within New Zealand.
In some cases, there may be an option to airfreight your item depending on urgency and where the product is being sourced from. Please note this will incur an additional cost outside of our free shipping offer. Contact us for more information.
2. Water Treatment Media
This item is supplied in bag quantities. Water Treatment Media (including bags or complete media replacement sets) is not included in our Free Freight Offer.
We are happy to provide a freight quote for delivery directly to your address, or to the nearest freight depot in your town or city for convenient collection.

When can I expect my items to be delivered?

Dispatch can take up to 3 business days from date of order confirmation, although we will endeavour dispatch daily within our office hours. Please note that many of our items require assembly so dispatch for these items may take longer than this. This will be communicated once you have placed your order.
Many of the products on our website are dispatched directly from the supplier so timeframes may differ for these products.
Delivery usually takes between 2-7 business days, Mon-Fri -
excluding public holidays - from the date of dispatch although this will vary
depending on the size of the product you have ordered and where you are
located.
Please note that during peak holiday seasons, there may be unforeseen delays that are out of our control, please allow for extra time for your item to be delivered in this period.
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, simply check online with Courier Post for tracking information. A signature is required upon every delivery, we therefore recommend that you are at home, or utilise a work address.
If you have noted any kind of authority-to-leave on the delivery instructions/notes when placing your order, Waterfilters.co.nz will not
be liable in any way for loss, theft, or damage of the parcel left in
accordance with this authority.
