We offer free delivery on orders over $150 and a flat fee of $10 to the North Island and $15 to the South Island for all other orders.
We are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.
Exclusions to our free shipping offer
Free shipping will not be offered to products that are on Preorder. Shipping will be calculated at your time of inquiry and will be determined by where you are located in New Zealand.
There may also be an option to airfreight your item, depending on the urgency and where the product is being sourced from. This will incur an additional cost outside of our free shipping offering. Contact us for more information.

Delivery usually takes between 2-7 business days, Mon-Fri - excluding public holidays - from the date of dispatch although this will vary depending on the size of the product you have ordered and where you are located.

Pentair Pentek GAC Series Granular Activated Carbon Cartridges effectively reduce unwanted tastes, odour and chlorine, as well as phosphate crystals to reduce rust stains and scale deposits. They are designed to allow maximum contact between the water and carbon, ensuring maximum absorption.

- The construction of the cartridge allows water to enter at one end and pass through the entire length of the carbon bed before exiting the other end of the cartridge. An internal expansion pad minimises channeling or bypass. This design allows for maximum contact between the water and carbon, ensuring maximum adsorption
- Before the water exits the cartridge, a 20 micron post-filter helps remove carbon fines and other suspended particles from the filtered water. The post-filter is permanently fastened to an innovative support basket ensuring that it is firmly secured and eliminating any potential for bypass
