Delivery and Shipping
We offer free delivery on orders over $150 and a flat fee of $10 to the North Island and $15 to the South Island for all other orders.
We are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.
Exclusions to our free shipping offer
Free shipping will not be offered to products that are on Preorder. Shipping will be calculated at your time of inquiry and will be determined by where you are located in New Zealand.
There may also be an option to airfreight your item, depending on the urgency and where the product is being sourced from. This will incur an additional cost outside of our free shipping offering. Contact us for more information.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes between 2-4 business days, Mon-Fri - excluding public holidays - from the date of dispatch although this will vary depending on the size of the product you have ordered and where you are located.
Returns & Refunds
Returns & Refunds
If we send the wrong item, we cover return costs. If you ordered incorrectly, you’ll need to return at your cost.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at info@waterfilters.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RNA). Please do not return your product until you have received this number.
Returns & Exchanges

If we send the wrong item (and your order was placed correctly):
We will cover the cost of return shipping. A pre-paid return label will be issued, and the correct item will be dispatched. -
If you ordered the wrong item (and we supplied what was ordered):
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you would like us to provide a return label, we can do so, but the cost will be deducted from your refund or charged separately. -
All returns (whether for exchange, credit, or refund) must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Items with signs of use or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service for all returns, as we cannot be held liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be processed via the original form of payment and will cover the cost of the returned item(s) only. Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of your return for processing.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Orders are processed quickly and in some cases may not be able to be cancelled once dispatched. If cancellation is no longer possible, please follow the returns process above once your order arrives.
Faulty Products
If you have received a faulty product, please contact us to arrange a return service.

Faulty items (caused by a manufacturing defect, not wear and tear or misuse) will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you, following our assessment.

Consumables (e.g. cartridges, lamps, media) are covered for manufacturing defects but not for lifespan variation, as water quality and usage conditions differ.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following warranty:

Systems and parts (excluding consumables): 2 years from purchase, subject to correct installation and conditions of use.

Consumables: Covered only for manufacturing defects (must be reported within 7 days of receipt).
During the warranty period, any approved faulty component (excluding consumables) will be replaced free of charge, subject to stock availability.

Your Consumer Rights

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the issue is not a major failure.

These compact and stylish small water heaters are ideal for providing hot water to individual fixtures, such as a kitchen sink. These non-pressurised units deliver instant hot water and are compatible only with non-pressurised taps.

A compact, easy-to-install water heater perfect for kitchens with frequent, small-scale hot water needs. The anti-drip feature (5L unit) ensures a limescale-free experience on taps and sinks, combining efficiency and convenience in one sleek package. The product has won the Red Dot Award for Product Design in 2023.
MES open vented standard single lever sink mixer to suit the SNU water heater
The MES standard single lever swivel sink mixer is suitable for use with the STIEBEL ELTRON SNU 5 and SNU 10 compact storage water heater. The open vented design of the SNU requires one of the four styles of STIEBEL ELTRON taps to be fitted with the product. The MES sink mixer has a three star WELS rating, with a maximum flow rate of 7 litres per minute.
MEW open vented short spout sink mixer to suit the SNU water heater
Suitable for use with the STIEBEL ELTRON SNU 5 and SNU 10 compact storage water heater the MEW is a short spout single lever sink mixer. The SNU is an open vented water heater and requires one of the four styles of STIEBEL ELTRON taps to be fitted with the product. The MEW sink mixer is rated with a three star WELS rating. The maximum flow rate of the MEW sink mixer is 8 litres per minute.
MESG open vented gooseneck sink mixer to suit the SNU water heater
The open vented design of the SNU 5 and SNU 10 single point of use compact storage water heater requires the use of one of the four styles of STIEBEL ELTRON taps to be fitted with these products. The MESG is a gooseneck single lever sink mixer. The MESG sink mixer is rated with a three star WELS rating and has a maximum flow rate of 8 litres per minute.

The sleek casing features a stylish surface texture. The high-quality haptic rotary selector allows for precise temperature control. The 5L appliance's anti-drip function helps reduce limescale buildup and water consumption by preventing expansion water from dripping during the heating process. The water-immersed sensor ensures fast and accurate temperature detection. A four-stage temperature limit setting provides flexibility. When the appliance is turned off, an automatic frost protection feature activates. A visual indicator shows when the small water heater is in operation.
Efficiency
High-grade EPS thermal insulation surrounding the polypropylene inner cylinder minimises energy losses. The energy-saving thermostop function prevents unnecessary heating of the tap. Standby energy consumption is exceptionally low.
Installation
The Profi-Rapid installation system facilitates quick and easy installation. The compact design aligns with standard mounting points, enabling swift replacement of existing appliances. Straightforward wall mounting is accomplished using a universal mounting rail. Metal threaded water fittings enhance safety. The power cable with a standard plug features a cable storage compartment at the back of the appliance to accommodate excess cable. The unit is splashproof.
Safety
The copper tubular heater is durable and has a long lifespan. It has a resettable high limit safety cut-out for safe commissioning and mechanical temperature limit for anti-scalding protection.
