We offer free delivery on orders over $150 and a flat fee of $10 to the North Island and $15 to the South Island for all other orders.
We are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.
Exclusions to our free shipping offer
Free shipping will not be offered to products that are on Preorder. Shipping will be calculated at your time of inquiry and will be determined by where you are located in New Zealand.
There may also be an option to airfreight your item, depending on the urgency and where the product is being sourced from. This will incur an additional cost outside of our free shipping offering. Contact us for more information.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes between 2-7 business days, Mon-Fri - excluding public holidays - from the date of dispatch although this will vary depending on the size of the product you have ordered and where you are located.

The Aqua Whole House Triple Stage Water Filtration system is manufactured by Pentair, a global company known for being the quality choice for water treatment professionals due to their strong, reliable brands and product lines. Pentair’s Whole House Water Filtration is a 3 stage system consisting of a pleated filter, dual gradient filter and KDF-GAC filter (Mains supply) and radial flow GAC (Rainwater supply). The whole house system has flow rate of 40 to 50 lpm and is installed at the water’s point of entry (POE) to the house. The system treats all
incoming water before it goes into individual supply lines that feed your laundry, bathrooms, kitchen, outside faucets and taps.
