We offer free delivery on orders over $150 and a flat fee of $10 to the North Island and $15 to the South Island for all other orders.
We are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.
Exclusions to our free shipping offer
Free shipping will not be offered to products that are on Preorder. Shipping will be calculated at your time of inquiry and will be determined by where you are located in New Zealand.
There may also be an option to airfreight your item, depending on the urgency and where the product is being sourced from. This will incur an additional cost outside of our free shipping offering. Contact us for more information.

Delivery usually takes between 2-7 business days, Mon-Fri - excluding public holidays - from the date of dispatch although this will vary depending on the size of the product you have ordered and where you are located.

Smart Water systems are used in a variety of configurations around the world, which ultimately means environmental settings and conditions vary greatly. Therefore we have developed a wide range of different antennae to suit these different applications. Within our range of accessories you will find everything from our standard 208mm vertical dipole, through to our more powerful 350mm vertical dipole and even our 1474mm wall mounting ultra high performance "Barracude" vertical dipole. Supplementing this range of omni-directional antennae are our range of yagi antenna where ultra long range uni-directional performance is required.
