We offer free delivery on orders over $150 and a flat fee of $10 to the North Island and $15 to the South Island for all other orders.
We are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.
Exclusions to our free shipping offer
Free shipping will not be offered to products that are on Preorder. Shipping will be calculated at your time of inquiry and will be determined by where you are located in New Zealand.
There may also be an option to airfreight your item, depending on the urgency and where the product is being sourced from. This will incur an additional cost outside of our free shipping offering. Contact us for more information.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes between 2-4 business days, Mon-Fri - excluding public holidays - from the date of dispatch although this will vary depending on the size of the product you have ordered and where you are located.

Aqua Carbon Systems also known as High Flow Carbon Filters are used when it is necessary to treat all incoming water (point of entry – POE) in large volumes for the removal or reduction of a variety of contaminants from water including chlorine, tastes, odours, pesticides, volatile and organic carbons, dissolved colour and chloramines. Also used to removed Chlorine for people with sensitive skin.
The Aqua Carbon System presents the most cost effective solution to handle the much higher flow rates and provide a longer life throughput. The system includes a manual back flushing valve for easy self cleaning feature (DIY) which ensures low ongoing maintenance cost. Discover the benefits of whole house filtration.

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
Operation and Maintenance is very simple. Backwash for 5 minutes once every week, this is done via the manual back flushing valve. Replace carbon annually or when chlorine, taste, odours or targeted contaminants start to breakthrough.
