We offer free delivery on orders over $150 and a flat fee of $10 to the North Island and $15 to the South Island for all other orders.
We are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.

Free shipping will not be offered to products that are on Preorder. Shipping will be calculated at your time of inquiry and will be determined by where you are located in New Zealand.

GENERAL INFO
High Flow Carbon Systems are beneficial for the treatment; of large volumes of all incoming water (point of entry – POE) to remove or reduce contaminants from the water, including chlorine, tastes, odours, pesticides, volatile and organic carbons, dissolved colour and chloramines. High Flow Carbon Systems are also used to remove chlorine for people with sensitive skin.
High Flow Carbon Systems present the most cost-effective solution to handle the much higher flow rates and provide a longer-life output.

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
Operation and maintenance are simple: Backwash for 5 - 10 minutes once every week this is done either automatically or manually. Replace carbon annually or when chlorine, taste, odours, or targeted contaminants start to develop.
