We offer free delivery on orders over $150 and a flat fee of $10 to the North Island and $15 to the South Island for all other orders.
We are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.
Exclusions to our free shipping offer
Free shipping will not be offered to products that are on Preorder. Shipping will be calculated at your time of inquiry and will be determined by where you are located in New Zealand.
There may also be an option to airfreight your item, depending on the urgency and where the product is being sourced from. This will incur an additional cost outside of our free shipping offering. Contact us for more information.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes between 2-7 business days, Mon-Fri - excluding public holidays - from the date of dispatch although this will vary depending on the size of the product you have ordered and where you are located.

- Two water bottle refill nozzles, one at each side of the unit
- Two nozzle heights available: 1020mm for juniors, and 1220mm for seniors
- Pedal tap for hands free usage
- The Newton Force required to initiate water flow is 18-19.5N, and 15.5-17N to maintain flow. This is consistent with AS1428.2
- Water flow is easily adjusted via a keyhole in the side of the unit. This means that opening the unit is unnecessary
- AquaBUBBLER nozzles have been tested and found to satisfy the requirements of AS/NZS 4020
- Body and components are made from 100% recyclable materials
- Internal base mounting plate means that no bolts are exposed externally, eliminating chances of injuring feet (stubbing toes etc.) and prohibiting theft of unit.
