We offer free delivery on orders over $150 and a flat fee of $10 to the North Island and $15 to the South Island for all other orders.
We are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.
Exclusions to our free shipping offer
Free shipping will not be offered to products that are on Preorder. Shipping will be calculated at your time of inquiry and will be determined by where you are located in New Zealand.
There may also be an option to airfreight your item, depending on the urgency and where the product is being sourced from. This will incur an additional cost outside of our free shipping offering. Contact us for more information.

Delivery usually takes between 2-4 business days, Mon-Fri - excluding public holidays - from the date of dispatch although this will vary depending on the size of the product you have ordered and where you are located.

Meetpat permanent wall mounted bottle refill station is suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments. This water station is mounted to a suitable wall or structure and is manufactured using stainless steel and powder coated aluminum. With a lead free plumbing system and anti-bacterial bottle refill dispenser. Polycarbonate graphics panels with anti-graffiti protection. Solar lighting for increased visibility. Non-refrigerated.
Sustainability tracking and live usage data
Behind the seamless design is smart technology giving you the complete picture of your water stations. All meetpat permanent products are provided with smart IoT (internet of things) water meter that can be used with our proprietary data management system. This allows you to record each station’s usage or receive live data (when connected) with practical data to track performance and monitor usage. Use the data to create reports for event usage and to achieve sustainability goals.
