We offer free delivery on orders over $150 and a flat fee of $10 to the North Island and $15 to the South Island for all other orders.
We are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.
Exclusions to our free shipping offer
Free shipping will not be offered to products that are on Preorder. Shipping will be calculated at your time of inquiry and will be determined by where you are located in New Zealand.
There may also be an option to airfreight your item, depending on the urgency and where the product is being sourced from. This will incur an additional cost outside of our free shipping offering. Contact us for more information.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes between 2-7 business days, Mon-Fri - excluding public holidays - from the date of dispatch although this will vary depending on the size of the product you have ordered and where you are located.

Pentair®Pentek® RFC Series Cartridges are available in a wide variety of sizes and are ideal for point-of-entry (POE) and other high flow rate
applications, with the benefit of reducing carbon fines.
GENERAL INFO
Pentair®Pentek® RFC Series Radial Flow Carbon Cartridges are constructed with a 70-micron porous polyethylene outer shell and durable polypropylene endcaps.
The 2-3 ⁄ 4” outer diameter cartridges have a polypropylene core and the
4-1 ⁄ 2” outer diameter cartridges incorporate a spun polypropylene core.
Sandwiched between the outer shell and the core is a bed of Granular
Activated Carbon (GAC).
The unique radial flow design offers the benefits of Granular Activated
Carbon (GAC) filtration, such as low pressure drop, while at the same time significantly reducing the release of carbon fines commonly associated
with GAC-style cartridges.
