We offer free delivery on orders over $150 and a flat fee of $10 to the North Island and $15 to the South Island for all other orders.
We are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.
Exclusions to our free shipping offer
Free shipping will not be offered to products that are on Preorder. Shipping will be calculated at your time of inquiry and will be determined by where you are located in New Zealand.
There may also be an option to airfreight your item, depending on the urgency and where the product is being sourced from. This will incur an additional cost outside of our free shipping offering. Contact us for more information.

Delivery usually takes between 2-4 business days, Mon-Fri - excluding public holidays - from the date of dispatch although this will vary depending on the size of the product you have ordered and where you are located.

Specifications
- The bubbler mechanism is inadvisable for temperatures consistently below 4°C, unless appropriate mitigation practices are implemented on-site.
- Fountain requires mains pressure to ensure optimal performance.
- Water pressure supply should range between 100-400kpa.
- If using a filter, it's recommended to be replaced every 6-12 months to prevent blockages that may result in insufficient pressure for the bubbler to function properly.
- It's crucial to maintain clean filters for the health and safety of users.
